Duncan Hannigan
Duncan joined Total in May 2003 and is Head of Professional Services.
With over 10 years sales experience within IT and Telecoms, Duncan has worked hard to develop his understanding of customer needs and requirements.
As Head of Professional Services, Duncan is now responsible for delivering growth to Total's ever expanding legal, financial and insurance related customer base.

Glyn Evans
Glyn joined Total in 2003 and is System Sales Manager.
Having worked in telecommunications for 18 years, he has extensive experience within the industry. Starting in the mobile sector, Glyn moved to Systems and Data Infrastructure ten years ago.
Then, eight years ago, he started the Systems and Data division for Total as the sole employee in this field, introducing and developing the BT Wholesale Portfolio and creating a strong bond with leading manufacturers ShoreTel and Avaya. Since then, the team has grown significantly.
'With a genuine love of communication technology and its future, I take pride in the success of my team and Total as a whole.'

Andy Stratford
Andy joined Total in January 2007 and is Systems Sales Executive.
With over 15 years' experience, Andy has worked for various resellers within the Telecoms sector.
He brings a wealth of knowledge and systems specialist experience to the Professional Services team.
‘I enjoy the challenge of problem solving, take pride in my attention to detail and offer a hands-on approach to project management.'

Oliver Foster
Oliver joined Total in May 2011 and is a Sales Executive.
Following graduation, Oliver worked for a niche financial services firm in sales and marketing.
Looking for a new challenge, he then moved to Total's Professional Services team.
'I strongly believe in the value of Total's proposition and take great pride in consistently delivering high-end solutions that surpass client expectations.'

Candice de Klerk
Candice joined Total in October 2008 and is Sales Admin Team Leader.
Candice moved to the UK from South Africa over 10 years ago.
Before starting at Total, she worked within the Financial industry for six years.
'I take pride in my work and gain satisfaction from supporting and contributing to the success of the sales team.'
Hanne Stobbe
Hanne joined Total in July 2010 and is Assistant Sales Co-ordinator.
Originally from Sweden, Hanne moved to the UK to study at the University of Gloucestershire.
With a strong backgroud in customer-focused roles, Hanne thrives in a challenging environment.
'I enjoy the challenge of finding the most practical and suitable solutions for our clients' individual needs as part of the team here at Total.'
