- Total Telecommunications Limited (TTL) commenced trading as a dealer, providing a ‘one-stop’ shop for all business telecommunications.
2001
- Formation of sister company, Total Network Convergence Limited (TNC), to provide airtime and billing services.
2002
- Strategic move taken from Dealer to Service Provider status.
- First BlackBerry order provisioned.
2003
- Following substantial growth and expansion, relocated to new premises at Telecom House.
- Winner of the Citizen and Gloucestershire Echo Small Business of the Year Award.
2004
- Awarded Investors in People.
2006
- New website introduced with dedicated zones for Customers and Partners.
- Online Helpdesk developed and rolled out.

2007

2008

- Awarded Beacon South West Status.
- Confirmed as BlackBerry Alliance Member.
- Became one of the first companies to gain full access to BT Wholesale Line Rental 3 platform, (WLR3), providing direct access for provision, installation and management of analogue lines via Openreach.
- Company share scheme is launched.
- Gained Highly Commended status in the 2008 National Customer Service Awards (IT and Telecommunications).
- TTL celebrated its 10th Birthday in style, with a party for staff, customers and business partners.
- In recognition of ten years in business, TTL and TNC amalgamated to become Total Ltd and new branding was revealed.
- Turnover for year end £10.2 million.
2009
- Total agree sponsorship deal with Gloucestershire County Cricket Club.
- Announced winner of the Customer Service Category of the industry leading Mobile News Awards.
- New hosted BlackBerry solution - Total Mobile Office - is launched.
- YourView release 2 rolled out to all customers.
- Churn reduced yet again to 6.2% for 2009.
2010
- Awarded Finalist status in the Customer Service category of Mobile News Awards.
- Total becomes an original O2 JUC aggregator and Focus Partner Channel is launched.
- Apprenticeship scheme commences.
- Total become Legal Support Network partner.
- Churn levels remain stable at 8%, despite economic downturn.
- Investors in People award retained following re-assessment.
- Outstanding staff retention celebrated with launch of Long Service Award Scheme
2011
- Main shirt sponsorship is agreed with Gloucestershire County Cricket Club.
- Bespoke Data and EU monitoring tools are launched.
- Overall Helpdesk response times at sub 20 minutes - 10 minutes quicker than the 30 minute KPI target.
- In recognition of business growth, Total undertakes complete office rerfurbishment.

- Total welcomes K-Cloud into the Total group of companies
